Johnny on the Spot and parent company Portable Solutions Group was recently among the sponsors of the red carpet premiere of 'Extant' at the Ro-Na Theater in downtown Ironton, Ohio. Created by Ironton native, Mickey Fisher the new sci-fi drama aired Wednesday, July the 9th on CBS. As part of the shows premiere the Ro-Na theater and sponsors like Portable Solutions Group and Johnny on the Spot brought the public a taste of Hollywood right here in southeastern Ohio.
Complete with a free admission show and a live web chat with Fisher, area socialites and citizens packed the historic Ro-Na theater for the first show of the season. Starring Halle Barry 'Extant' is based on an astronaut (Barry) who returns home after a year long solo mission in space where she's been performing scientific experiments and is now faced with trying to resume everyday life. In the first episode she tries to reconnect with her family and deal with the consequences of spending a year in space.
