Over the past 60 years Johnny on the Spot (JOTS) has worked tirelessly as the premier provider of portable toilet rentals for industrial sites around the Tri-state of West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky. With porta potties on rent at almost every major industrial site in the area, including power plants, refineries, and coke/steel producers Johnny on the Spot has built its' name as the Tri-states leading supplier of job site sanitation. The majority of these facilities have restrooms already, but the use of those restrooms becomes strained when an influx of workers are onsite for turnaround, shutdowns, and capital projects that can last anywhere from a month to years.
By providing portable products such as portable toilets, hand wash stations, and modular running water, flushable restrooms Johnny on the Spot works with the site to meet the sanitation needs of the additional workers.

This week Johnny on the Spot received this picture from an Ironton, Ohio native who snapped this shot while sitting at a red light on 2nd Street. This portable toilet rental is being used for sanitation on the reconstruction project of the Ironton Transit Station. Johnny on the Spots' porta potties have long been the "go-to" for contractors and construction projects in and around Ironton, Ohio. Like all regular portable toilet rentals that Johnny on the Spot provides to construction projects this unit is serviced and cleaned a minimum of one time a week (unless otherwise requested from the site).
Located just across the street from the first portable toilet pictured in this blog is a Johnny on the Spot that can be found at the new Ironton Splash Park. This unit has been onsite since the very beginning of the construction project and remains a permanent fixture for public use. Johnny on the Spot portable toilets like these can be found in and around the Tri-State area of Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky. We encourage anyone and everyone that sees a Johnny to snap a quick picture of the porta potty and it's surrounding and send it in to email@example.com.

A few weeks ago JOTSandSOTS.com reported on a shipment of new portable toilets that would be making their way into the rental fleet. Just this week these new portable toilets with built in sinks arrived and have been prepared to be delivered on rent in the Tri-State area of West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. Two different types of new portable toilets were purchased to insure a variety of selection for porta potty renters in the area.
The first type of new unit is tentatively being called a "one and a half" because the space inside the unit is one and a half times larger than most standard porta potties. This unit like the other new portable toilets ordered has a urinal, a toilet seat, paper towel dispenser, and a foot operated, running water sink. The only difference between this unit and the other is that it has more interior space for users.
The second type of new portable toilet that Johnny on the Spot ordered is a standard size (4' x 4') porta potty with a foot powered, running water sink basin. With the addition of these new units and their built in sinks Johnny on the Spot has added to an already impressive rental fleet.

Where is Johnny on the Spot? Johnny on the Spot is everywhere around the Tri-State of Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky, that's where...
Just recently Johnny on the Spot provided portable toilets to the Appalachian Uprising in Scottown, Ohio. Appalachian Uprising is a 3 day, Bluegrass Music event that has been held in Scottown since its inception in 2008. Since the Appalachian Uprising began thousands of people have made their way to this outdoor event and with those people came a need for portable toilets and sanitation. Conveniently located just 30 minutes away from the event Johnny on the Spot has provided hand wash stations, portable toilets, and daily services for the porta potties at the event.
Here are a few pictures that have been posted online of Johnny on the Spots portable toilets as seen amongst the event attendees.
Having these pictures sent to us here at Johnny on the Spot we decided upon an idea of starting a "Where's Johnny?" picture contest here at www.JOTSandSOTS.com. So we're asking those of you in the tri-state area to send us pictures of Johnny on the Spot portable toilets when you see them out and about. After sending the pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org you will be entered into a Contest to win a magnificant prize (prize is TBA) from the folks here at Johnny on the Spot and Storage on the Spot.
So lets get on it people... When you see a Johnny on the Spot portable toilet snap a picture with your phone and send it in.

Johnny on the Spot (JOTS) just recently ordered a shipment of portable toilets to add to its already massive portable toilet rental fleet. These new porta potties were built 1.5 times larger than standard portable toilets so that room for an internal sink with a foot pump, toilet, and urinal could be made. JOTS hopes to begin introducing these new portable toilet rentals to summer events over the next couple of months. Shawn Turley, Business Manager for Johnny on the Spot and Storage on the Spot stated, "We really think we are adding value to standard portable toilets by introducing these units with internal sinks. Customers who traditionally would need to order a portable toilet and a separate handwash station will see some cost savings by ordering this all-in-one unit."
Johnny on the Spot has been renting portable toilets in Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky for the past 60 years. Over that time JOTS has continued to update it's vast fleet of portable toilets, handwash stations, and modular running water restrooms. With a fleet of over 750 portable toilets already in service Johnny on the Spot is eager to begin renting these porta potties with sinks to the Oh, Wv, Ky Tri-State area.
